Gabriola Lions Concert on the Green 2018

To say the Gabriola Lions 2018 annual Concert on the Green was a smash success may be an understatement. Huge crowds gather at the Gabriola Golf Cub driving range, baking in record heat and sunshine, and danced and danced, and danced some more. Bands were two this year, opening with "The Great Divide", a tribute to "The Band" and then "Completely Creedence", tribute to CCR- Creedence Clearwater Revival. People of Gabriola Island are the better for it - all proceeds are for charitable causes here. Check the Lions website for details of what we do.
